These are handmade medium fat soft
cheeses which come in 100g tubs. This is a fresh cheese which is smooth
and spreadable with a mild creamy flavour. Of all
the Woolsery range these have the mildest taste and are
therefore ideal for someone converting over to goat cheese. They
are also suitable for freezing for 3 months as once defrosted
they do not lose any flavour or change in texture. Suitable
for vegetarians.
This cheese is available as natural, or with fresh garlic
added or with fresh chives added.
Suggestions
This is a very versatile cheese. It is delicious
on crackers or with crusty bread, used as a dip with gristicks
or as a topping on jacket potatoes or hot toasted crumpets. The
natural cheese is also suitable making for quiches, flans,
tarts or cheesecakes. See recipe section.
