The ‘Petite’ is a handmade semi-hard individual
cheese that has a soft texture yet is firm enough to
slice and grill. It has a mild flavour but when
grilled the cheesy flavour comes out even more. Suitable
for vegetarians.
Suggestions
Cook some large field mushrooms whole,
place slices of cheese on top and pop under grill to
brown – delicious. May
also be grilled, then chopped up over a salad with crisped
