This is a handmade individual cheese
made from cows milk which is semi hard and has either
garlic or mixed herbs added. Although being fairly firm the cheese
melts in the mouth. This cheese is also suitable
for slicing and grilling.
Suggestions
Delicious on crackers or with crusty
bread. It
comes in an individual wooden box and makes an ideal
gift.
