This is a full fat soft cheese handmade
from pasteurised goats milk which once it is made is
stored in brine to give it that characteristic mild saltiness.
It has a crumbly texture and a mild
creamy taste. Suitable
for vegetarians.
Suggestions
It is great crumbled on salads, with
tomatoes and olives. A
great summer starter is Fiesta crumbled over cubed watermelon,
sprinkled with a little lemon juice and olive oil – very
refreshing. Fiesta also makes a good pizza topping. See
